Terms & Conditions

  • Your Safety and Comfort are our Priority. 

  • NO Cash Payments.

  • Guests are advised to book their slots at least 10-15 days prior to get their preferred Date and Time Slots.

  • Guests can Book Slot same day as well for the Available Slots only.

  • Each booking includes 2 Guests ( Unless Mentioned in Package )

  • For additional guests charges will be INR 600 per guest (Or as mentioned in Package details)

  • All the guests are requested to submit their Government ID 24 hours prior for verification on WhatsApp - 9310326189 or Email us on support@maplepods.com

  • Guests under age 18 are allowed to be accompanied by an adult.

  • Guests under 18 can visit Maplepods with the same Gender without accompanying adult.

  • MaplePods holds the right to Cancel / Transfer / Reschedule Bookings.

  • Guests booking a Birthday Package must confirm the choice of Cake 12 hours prior to start of Slot. If not confirmed Maplepods will provided with default Chocolate Cake.

  • MaplePods doesn’t guarantee slots confirmation if the booking is made 24 hours prior to the booked date & time.

  • Guests can reschedule their bookings by themselves through the website by going to “ MY BOOKINGS “ or through WhatsApp - 9310326189.

  • On WhatsApp Rescheduling / Transfer Charges will be “ IF MADE before 24 hours - INR 500 “ and “ IF MADE within 24 hours - INR 1000 “

  • Slots booked and reserved with 100% package payment included all the fees & taxes.

  • No Walk-in Bookings, Only Prior Online bookings.

  • Photoshoots depends upon the availability of the photographers.

  • Transfer of slot has to be done 24 hours prior to booked time slot.

  • Slots are not transferable or rescheduled if the guest doesn’t reach the location for the booked slot with some prior information. Reason whatsoever.

  • MaplePods will not be responsible for Natural or Unnatural circumstances for missing slot without 8 hours prior notice.

  • No Refund Policy. Though bookings can be transferred or rescheduled from the booked date to within 2 months with a prior notice.

  • No outside food and beverages are allowed inside the Pod.

  • Alcohol, or any kind of intoxication, or Smoking are Prohibited inside the Pod. Fine will be imposed of INR 15000.

  • All guests must carry their Government ID Proof at the location ( Once asked, must show it to the staff for verification ).

  • Custom Slots & NETFLIX&CHILL cannot be either cancelled or transferred. NO Refund Policy.

  • Booking once transferred cannot be transferred again. 

  • Sexual Activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Actions will be taken if found suspicious, Fine of INR 20000 and Case Filed against both the guests.

  • Slot once cancelled by guests end, can be rebooked with a penalty of 75% amount of the package.

  • If any damage happen during the booking or by the guest, they will be liable for that damage and have to pay for that on the spot or else complaint will be filed against them.

  • If a customer booked a wrong package ( Example - Xclusive Package ) by their end, without being a Corporate or Media Member Maplepods holds the right to cancel with NO REFUND.
