Cancelation Policy

Your Safety and Comfort are our Priority.  No Cash Payment Guests are advised to Book their Slot at least 10-15days in advance to Confirm Availability Each Booking includes 2 guests. Slots are reserved only by Reservation Photoshoot depends on the availability of Photographer ​​​​​​ Transfer of Slot has to be done 24hours prior to Booked Time Slot The slot will not be Transferred if the Guest doesn't reach the location for the Booked hours. Reason whatsoever. Maple will not be responsible for Natural or Unnatural circumstances for missing Slot without 8hours prior Notice.  Bookings can be transferred to another Date for 3months. No Refund Policy. No Outside Food&Drinks are allowed inside Maplepods Smoking & Alcohol are strictly not allowed. All Guests must carry Government ID Proof The slot will not be Transferred if the Guest doesn't reach the location for the Booked hours without prior notice. Reason whatsoever. Slots can only be Transferred 24hours prior to the Booked Date&Time Custom Slots cannot be either Transferred or Canceled.  Slots cannot be transferred prior to the Booked Slot Date Guests can Transfer their Slots up to 30days Bookings once Transferred cannot be transferred again. A penalty of Rs 250 per person for Transfer of Date&Time Smoking&Drinking Alcohol Inside the Pod is strictly prohibited. Fine of INR10000
