Service Description

Hello Partner This letter of Intent (LOI) summarises the agreed in principle terms of a proposed Franchise order of MaplePods Outlet. According to MaplePods Franchise Model the franchisee party can choose the Pod as per the Investment budget and duration for the payment. The interested party has shown intent to be the partner for the expansion of Maplepods in return for the Profit Sharing and operations of the Outlet for mutual investment benefits. This LOI (letter of Intent) is not legally binding except for the terms stated in Part D (legally binding terms) There will be no obligation related to the proposed “Franchise Partner Agreement” until a binding formal agreement is signed by both the parties. PART A - background Party 1 - Green Leisure Technology Private Limited representing brand Maplepods Party 2 - Interested party with the Intent of Franchising MaplePods PART B - in principle terms (non- binding) Interested party has shown interest for the franchise of Maplepods and confirm the Intent of ordering ____ units in return of amount INR60,000 for a period offered by Maplepods PART C - next Steps (non- binding) This LOI summarises that both the parties have taken the Confidential discussion forward in regards to the Franchise of Maplepods. The franchisor party has its period involved for due diligence, conditions, regulations, licensing, approvals to be done prior to the signing of the agreement. The parties will continue to discuss in good faith and agree the more detailed arrangements in terms of Design, location, features, expenses, profit loss, operation and Sales. Both the parties will continue to work together, with the intention to enter a formal written agreement for mutual benefits. Your Safety and Comfort are our Priority.  No Cash Payment Guests are advised to Book their Slot at least 10-15days in advance to Confirm Availability Each Booking includes 2 guests.
