Maplepods Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations After Booking:

Since Maplepods operates in the hospitality sector, all bookings are final once confirmed. Guests must pre-book slots due to limited availability. We do not accept cancellations after a booking is confirmed.

Re-booking Policy:

If a guest cancels their booking, they may re-book their slot. However, a penalty fee of INR 1000 will be applied for re-scheduling.

No Refunds for No-shows:

If a guest fails to show up for their booked slot, no refund or re-scheduling will be offered.

Refunds for Operational Issues:

In the event that Maplepods cannot operate a booking due to weather conditions, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we may refund the total booking amount after reviewing the situation. Please note that taxes and booking charges will be deducted from the refund.

Investigation Period:

In case of any service disruption, Maplepods will conduct an investigation before processing any refunds. This ensures a fair assessment of the situation and applicable deductions.

In such a situation guests can expect refund in 3-4 working days back to the Payment mode. We do not initiate refund via Cash or UPI.
